This is a high-impact leadership role focused on growth, compliance, and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute sales development strategies for assigned area Lead and manage Pre-sellers, Route Salesmen, and Helpers Monitor KPIs: volume targets, route call completion, buying outlets, AR, and empties retrieval Ensure execution of trade marketing programs and sales campaigns Validate transactions, analyze reports, and recommend corrective actions Conduct regular route rides, sales coaching, and account verification Ensure compliance with company policies and team discipline Track team performance and maintain high morale and motivation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG sales, ideally in returnable glass business Strong leadership, route planning, and sales coaching experience Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales analytics Holder of professional driver’s license (Codes 1 & 2) #J-18808-Ljbffr
