BOOKKEEPER - Hybrid/Onsite (Batangas City)

Job Description:

  • Input and ensure accuracy of all financial data.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Execute bank reconciliations to validate financial records.
  • Produce and manage financial reports for management.
  • Complete any additional assigned duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Background in payroll management
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • High level of integrity
  • Intelligent and analytical
  • Flexible in handling tasks and responsibilities
  • Quick to learn and adapt
  • Maintains a positive work attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
