Develop and implement a strategic sales and business development plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence. Lead end-to-end sales operations including talent acquisition, goal-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales force. Foster and maintain long-term client relationships by building trust, understanding business needs, and providing value-driven solutions. Prepare and present sales performance reports, revenue forecasts, and expense analysis to the management team for decision-making. Continuously identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage. Perform other related duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or any related field. 8–10 years of solid sales experience in the NVOCC, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding industry (industry experience is a must). Proven expertise in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and client relationship management. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels. Demonstrated capability to drive the sales process from planning to successful closure. Strong business acumen and market knowledge in logistics, freight, and shipping. Effective leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and managing sales teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
