JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, developing effective models and strategies to improve business performance, and searching for potential clients to generate income and attract partnerships. The BD Manager must have extensive knowledge of the industry market trends and adjust strategies as needed to meet the needs of the client. Excellent communication, decision-making, critical thinking, and leadership skills are just some of the key factors that he/she must possess to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. Act as a leader for the Business Development team, the BD Manager is responsible for managing the activities of the Account Executives which includes assigning tasks, distributing workloads, and providing guidance to ensure that team members are working effectively toward common goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Business Development

  2. Identifying business opportunities, developing effective models and strategies to improve business performance, searching for potential clients to generate income and attract partnerships.

  3. Continual Improvement

  4. Plays a crucial role in optimizing BD processes by identifying areas for improvement, streamlining procedures, and implementing best practices to contribute to increased efficiency and reduced operational expenses.

  5. Compliance and Documentation:

  6. Ensures that all documentation is in order and complies with relevant laws and industry standards, reducing the risk of delays or legal issues.

  7. Problem Resolution:

  8. Plays a key role in identifying and resolving issues promptly and implementing corrective actions to prevent similar problems in the future.

  9. Training and Development:

  10. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, contributing to a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce.

  11. Strategic Planning:

  12. Involved in strategic planning for the Business Development team. This includes setting short-term and long-term goals, implementing new procedures, and contributing to the long-term success and growth of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
