What you’ll do Prospect & outreach: Build targeted lists; call and email business owners and decision makers daily (cold/warm). Maintain a consistent multi‑touch cadence. Run discovery: Qualify needs, pain points, and success metrics; map current processes and identify automation opportunities. Demo our agents: Learn our AI agent playbooks and deliver crisp, value‑focused demos; tailor walkthrough to industry use cases. Close the deal: Present proposals, handle objections, and execute engagement letters/contracts (DocuSign or equivalent). Coordinate handover to delivery. Onboard smoothly: Set timelines, collect prerequisites (system access, workflows), and ensure a clean kickoff with the solutions team. Grow accounts: Schedule regular check‑ins, collect feedback, monitor ROI, and upsell additional agents/modules where there’s value. Forecast & CRM hygiene: Keep CRM immaculate (notes, next steps, close dates). Provide weekly pipeline and revenue forecasts. Market feedback loop: Report common objections, feature requests, and competitive intel to influence product and pricing. Revenue ownership : Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly new ARR and expansion targets. Qualifications 3+ years in B2B sales/BDM (SaaS, automation, or consulting preferred). Proven success closing SMB/mid‑market deals and expanding existing accounts. Comfortable cold calling and running structured email sequences. Strong demo and storytelling skills; you translate tech into business outcomes. Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot/Pipedrive), sales engagement tools, and e‑signature. Nice to Have Experience selling AI/automation, consulting services, or to accounting/finance, legal, real estate, trades, or ecommerce verticals. Bonus: Basic understanding of Web3 payments (e.g., MetaMask) and invoicing in USDT/ETH/KAI. Work Arrangement Home‑based. Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 Mbps).
