Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for supervisors or teams. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other software. Manage and maintain filing systems (physical and digital). Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries when necessary. Support team members with various tasks and projects. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
