Role and Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist (Project-Based) will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, Volume Hiring. The main role is Recruitment Operations, covering end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.

  • Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for external requirements
  • Profile initial and behavioral interviews, present qualified candidates to the hiring manager, and oversee scheduling of department interviews with the appropriate hiring manager
  • Facilitate a smooth internal hiring process
  • Encode necessary information into the system accurately and timely
  • Support the entire team in meeting hiring targets
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year of BPO recruitment experience (end-to-end, volume/corporate/technical) in a BPO/call center
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work mid shift to night shift
  • Onsite work amenable
