Talent Acquisition Partners work closely with line managers to support the entire talent acquisition process. They support more senior TA staff and collaborate with HR to provide full life cycle recruitment support for dynamic business growth. This role participates in deployment of global projects in the region related to improving talent acquisition practices.
Responsibilities- Support peers and teams in talent acquisition duties and priorities.
- Offer technical advice and knowledge within recruitment and talent discipline.
- Participate in deployment of global projects aimed at improving TA practices in the region.
- Engage line managers when a new job opens to identify required skills, recruitment approaches, and best methods for long-term business results.
- Develop competency-based interview guides mapped to current jobs.
- Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.
- Ensure professional and engaging onboarding for new hires.
- Extract data from the e-recruitment system for monthly/weekly reporting and assist with data analysis for forums.
- Understanding of IT operations and NTT service offerings; knowledge of the IT industry and business needs.
- Strong client relationship skills; ability to work under pressure; strategic thinking; team collaboration.
- Proficiency in HR talent management practices (learning, development, recruitment, engagement) and labour legislation knowledge.
- Discretion with confidential information; integrity and reliability; attention to detail.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and manage multiple tasks; alignment with industry best practices.
- Degree in Business, Human Resources or Industrial Psychology; relevant vendor certifications.
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders; proficiency with e-recruitment systems; HR metrics experience.
