Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment; agency/manpower industry experience is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms. Willing to do occasional fieldwork (e.g., client meetings, job fairs).
