About the Role – Talent Acquisition Associate (Mass Hiring)

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in executing and supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns across business units, particularly for roles in customer service, telesales, operations, and back-office teams in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sourcing and attraction of candidates using local platforms such as JobStreet, Facebook groups, referrals, and university partnerships.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit.
  • Manage interview coordination, communication, and logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Keep the ATS accurate and up to date with candidate status and pipeline movements.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring teams to align on hiring needs, role profiles, and timelines.
  • Support and occasionally participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, online events, and community engagements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate journey through timely feedback and clear communication at every stage.
What We Expect from You
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring environments (BPO, shared services, or field operations)
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment within the Philippine labor market.
  • Strong knowledge of local sourcing strategies and recruitment channels for customer-facing and operational roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills — able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a multicultural team.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
