Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calabarzon, Philippines, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Supervisor. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, creating job descriptions, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist / Supervisor will handle onboarding processes and ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Ability to create job descriptions and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and compliance with hiring regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
