Responsibilities- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and off-boarding
- Oversee and streamline HR processes and administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
- Monitor and maintain employee records and data
- Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related activities
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed
- Lead and motivate a team of HR and administrative professionals
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist or supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
