IT Staff – Advertising Company

As an IT Staff member in our dynamic advertising company, you will play a key role in maintaining, upgrading, and supporting all technical equipment and systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted creative operations. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and repair of desktops, laptops, and peripherals, as well as providing timely and efficient support to all internal teams—especially those involved in design, production, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and other IT-related equipment (e.g., printers, routers, network storage).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows systems, ensuring minimal disruption to design and production work.
  • Provide responsive end-user support and training to staff members in departments such as creative, accounts, marketing, and content. Handle service requests including device setups for new hires, software installations, system upgrades, and access configuration.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; escalate complex cases to 2nd or 3rd-level support when necessary, following established service protocols.
  • Maintain ownership of support tickets to ensure resolution within agreed service levels and follow through until completion.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on systems and peripherals to ensure optimal performance, especially in high-demand environments like video editing and design.
  • Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and file-sharing systems are functioning securely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support technical needs during campaigns, client presentations, or content production.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a creative or advertising environment.
  • Proficient in supporting both Windows and Mac OS systems.
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and familiar with the technical terminologies.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), and basic networking.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and support fast-paced teams with tight deadlines.
