Our client is a fast‑growing eCommerce marketing agency specialized in helping CPG subscription brands build data‑driven customer retention systems that actually move the needle for retention and LTV. Role Overview We’re seeking a Retention Marketing Manager with hands‑on experience driving results for subscription DTC/CPG brands. You’ll lead initiatives to grow, optimize, and retain subscription customers, owning experimentation across digital touchpoints and collaborating cross‑functionally to launch and measure high‑impact retention strategies. Key Responsibilities Own all aspects of retention testing: manage 3‑6 week sprints, prioritize experiments, and drive execution velocity Develop, implement, and analyze lifecycle strategies for both one‑time purchasers and active subscribers Design offer and message testing across email, SMS, and onsite Create and optimize subscription flows (take‑rate, save flows, benefit framing, gifting, etc.) Strategize onboarding for new customers and subscribers to maximize LTV Build and launch customer surveys to inform recovery flows and reduce churn for at‑risk accounts Deeply analyze cohort data (LTV, payback period, AOV, repeat rate, growth) and report actionable insights Coordinate the rollout of winning experiments with internal and external teams Use speed, rigor, and data to solve retention challenges—always striving for faster payback and revenue retention Requirements 3+ years in retention/lifecycle marketing for DTC/CPG subscription brands Proven expertise with subscription platforms—must have deep working knowledge of Stay AI, Recharge, or SKIO (experience with at least one is required; more is a plus) Demonstrated success running structured retention experiments across multiple lifecycle touchpoints Advanced proficiency with cohort, LTV, payback period, and churn analytics Skilled in copywriting and message testing for digital campaigns Ability to thrive in a high‑speed, test‑and‑learn environment Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with CX, product, design, and dev teams Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting, data analysis, and building clear retention dashboards Email/SMS campaign strategy and platform expertise (Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, etc.) Experience with rewards programs, subscriber journeys, and PDP/subscription portal optimization Hands‑on with survey tools and customer feedback analysis Benefits Work from Anywhere Competitive Salary Flexible Hours Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing Industries Advertising Services Location Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines #J-18808-Ljbffr
