Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Design and coordinate a range of employee engagement programmes, events, and activities to boost morale, teamwork, and camaraderie
  2. Gather and analyse employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted solutions
  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and tailor engagement initiatives accordingly
  4. Develop and oversee the execution of internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and connected
  5. Champion the company's culture and values, serving as a role model and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment
  6. Provide HR support and guidance to employees, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  7. Assist with the administration of employee recognition programmes, ensuring fair and consistent implementation
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, programmes, and processes that enhance the employee experience
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role, preferably within the retail or service industry
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address employee concerns
  5. Creativity and innovation in designing engaging programmes and initiatives that meet the evolving needs of the workforce
  6. Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools to measure and track employee engagement
  7. Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations related to HR practices
  8. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
