HR Specialist

About the role The HR Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources Department by managing the end-to-end HR process, from recruitment to onboarding. This role ensures that HR initiatives are efficiently executed and aligned with company objectives while maintaining a positive employee experience. What will you do? Manage and monitor job postings across JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sourcing platforms Conduct sourcing, screening, and initial interviews using the competency-based method Coordinate interview schedules, background checks, and onboarding for successful candidates Facilitate general orientations and assist in training and development programs Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records (both digital and hard copies) Support employee evaluations and probationary monitoring Handle attendance reports and assist in disciplinary actions related to attendance and punctuality Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR processes meet operational needs Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field At least 2–3 years of solid HR experience, preferably in recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism What awaits you if you consider this opportunity?
