Overview The HR Specialist will be responsible in performing the core HR fuctions such as Employee Relations, Policy & Compliance, HR Administration and Employee Development and Engagement. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR issues, address grievances, provide guidance on performance, and support disciplinary actions when necessary. Apply and update company policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and interpret policies for employees. Maintain employee records, create and distribute internal communications, and use HR systems for data management. Support employee development initiatives and implement employee engagement plans and activities to foster a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Must be well-versed on Philippine Labor Laws and good familiarity on company policies and processes Must have strong experience in Labor Relations, specifically enforcing policies and handling disciplinary actions. Experience in IT Staffing/ Staff Augmentation is an advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills; strong organizational abilities; and the ability to work independently or in a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Must be amenable to report to the office in Makati City #J-18808-Ljbffr
