Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and training sessions
- Handle employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism
- Coordinate with department heads for performance management support
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience with HRIS is an advantage
