Overview

Looking for Sr. Sales Executive, Marketing Officer, and Business Development Manager. Act as the President's right hand – ensures follow-through, coordination, and strategic alignment. He/ she is the integral resource to the President in overseeing company operations, ensuring follow-through on organizational priorities, and providing insights to support executive decision-making. He/she will act as a liaison between the President and managers across different companies within the group, keeping track of tasks, analyzing performance & financial matters, and recommending improvements in processes & strategies.

Specific Duties
  • Monitor the progress of department and manager deliverables, ensuring timelines and commitments are met.
  • Follow up on action items from meetings and report back to the President.
  • Review financial documents including cashflow statements, ledgers, and budget reports.
  • Provide clear summaries and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Provide insights on business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Support the President in evaluating new initiatives, partnerships, and investments.
  • Gain a clear understanding of processes across different companies under the organization.
  • Serve as a point of coordination to ensure alignment between teams and business units.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefs for the President.
  • Attend meetings (internal and external) as needed and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
