About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Sales Support Officer – Client Relations & Business Development to oversee and renew Non-Strategic Accounts while identifying opportunities for growth in the B2B market. This position involves managing client relationships, ensuring contract renewals, maintaining compliance, and working closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Screen and qualify incoming inquiries to generate potential leads
  • Coordinate renewal communications and meetings with Non-Strategic Accounts
  • Resolve client issues and collaborate with operations to ensure timely solutions
  • Handle RFIs and accreditation processes
  • Draft and process renewal contracts in coordination with relevant teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Reports & Compliance

  • Create monthly renewal reports and keep CRM/Project Registry records up to date
  • Ensure all contracts and related documents are properly filed, notarized, and shared with clients and legal teams
  • Work with Corporate Finance and other departments (BTG, Operations, Admin, HR, IT) to gather necessary certifications and submit RFI/RFP requirements

Leadership & Development

  • Engage in training programs and company-wide activities
  • Suggest and support process improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business course
  • 3–7 years of experience in Sales, B2B Solution Selling, Business Development, or Marketing (preferably in BPO or Professional Services)
  • Strong background in client management, renewals, and B2B sales/services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
