Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales quota and revenue targets in line with company objectives.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned brokers and direct accounts through regular communication and visits.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that quotations and policy issuances are processed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
  • Handle premium collection from assigned brokers and direct clients in coordination with the finance department.
  • Assist brokers and clients with claims processing and inquiries as needed.
  • Prepare and submit sales performance reports, account summaries, and forecasts.
  • Ensure that all policies, quotations, and documents sent to clients are accurate and complete.
  • Conduct regular broker visits to maintain business relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting) to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors' offerings to support business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Preferably with experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Travel, Motor, Fire, or Engineering Insurance.
  • Knowledge in handling Bonds and Brokers' accounts is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel locally for broker visits or client meetings.
