Business Development Officer – Job Summary

Role Overview:

Responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales process to help grow the company's customer base. Works closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Key Tasks:

- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and networking.

- Generate and qualify leads aligned with company services.

- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead handoff and follow-up.

- Maintain and update the lead tracker or CRM system.

- Assist in setting client targets and preparing simple sales forecasts.

- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

- Support in planning or executing marketing and lead generation campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

- Proficient in using Google MS Office

- Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.

- Experience in logistics, import/export, or customer acquisition is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
