Overview
Design and implement user acquisition campaigns across paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.), organic channels, and partnerships. Optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rate, retention, and lifetime value. Collaborate with content, product, and data teams to identify growth opportunities. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV, engagement). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine targeting and positioning. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI from acquisition campaigns. Explore new growth channels (influencer marketing, referral programs, KOL partnerships).

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and performance marketing tools.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
- Experience in a social media, gaming, or mobile app company is a plus.
