Responsibilities
  • Design and implement user acquisition campaigns across paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.), organic channels, and partnerships.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rate, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and data teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV, engagement).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine targeting and positioning.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI from acquisition campaigns.
  • Explore new growth channels (influencer marketing, referral programs, KOL partnerships).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and performance marketing tools.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in a social media, gaming, or mobile app company is a plus.
