We’re excited to be hiring for our client’s dynamic Marketing team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about performance marketing, data-driven growth, and building creative strategies that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI
  • Conduct audience research and keyword analysis to drive smarter targeting
  • Build, test, and refine digital strategies that enhance customer experience and user acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights
  • Implement SEM tactics (on-page and off-page) including content optimization, link building, and site performance improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of key performance metrics (CPC, CPI, CTR, ROAS)
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think from the perspective of the user
