Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. Utilize data analytics to assess recruiting metrics and improve processes. Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field. Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
