Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online business operations on Lazada and Shopee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, optimizing store performance, managing promotions and campaigns, coordinating with customer service and logistics teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce stores.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate seller accounts on Lazada and Shopee platforms.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, attributes, and images).
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic data, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Liaise with platform account managers to maximize exposure and visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, inventory, and logistics) to ensure accurate stock and timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle order issues.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in managing Lazada and/or Shopee business accounts.
  • Familiarity with seller tools and backend operations (e.g., Seller Center, Business Advisor, Ads Manager).
  • Strong understanding of online retail marketing strategies and analytics.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
