Responsibilities
  • Prospect with Precision: Handle a steady stream of inbound inquiries and generate your own outbound leads to connect with potential clients
  • Own the Sales Process: Lead the entire sales cycle, from discovery calls to closing deals, and deliver compelling product demos that highlight real-world solutions
  • Build Strong Relationships: Go beyond transactions — cultivate lasting connections with key decision-makers by sharing your expertise and insights
  • Tailor Your Approach: Customize pitches to address each client\'s unique needs and demonstrate how KAMI Workforce can transform their operations
  • Hit Your Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas — we celebrate success, and we want you to thrive
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to stay ahead of market trends and ensure client satisfaction
  • Negotiate and Close: Use your negotiation skills to finalize deals that are a win-win for both clients and KAMI Workforce
Requirements
  • Sales experience (especially in software) is a plus, but if you\'re motivated and eager to learn, we provide comprehensive training
  • You thrive on challenges and see setbacks as growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills — you know how to engage and excite clients
  • A self-starter mindset with the drive to hit your goals and keep moving forward
