LOCATION: Intramuros, Manila

WORK SET UP: ONSITE

WORK SCHEDULE: 6 days a week (with Saturday - skeletal)

POSITION: Facilities Manager

JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support. Oversees accounting staff, ensures proper documentation, coordinates with vendors, and supports process improvements and business reporting.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
  • MUST HAVE Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
  • At least two (2) years of work experience in the related field. Handling a university/campus/learning institute will be an advantage.
  • Skills: Technical Skills, Leadership Skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills and Decision-Making Skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensures effective preventive maintenance, timely renewal of permits, and availability of spare parts for building equipment and facilities.
  • Maintains operational efficiency of all machinery and utilities.
  • Participates in troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and site inspections.
  • Implements maintenance programs and orients staff and subcontractors on equipment procedures.
  • Provides technical input on tenant construction, evaluates plans, and ensures compliance with government permits and design guidelines.
  • Conducts inspections to monitor tenant fit-outs and adherence to approved plans.
  • Implements fire safety policies, performs safety checks, and supports fire and life safety training.
  • Trains and supervises technical/maintenance staff; conducts performance evaluations and regular meetings.
  • Ensures staff compliance with company and building policies and procedures.
  • Assists Property Manager in inspections, reporting, and coordination with landlords and tenants.
  • Resolves technical concerns promptly and ensures proper communication and follow-through.
  • Continuously identifies and implements improvements to building appearance, efficiency, and operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
