A Business Development Senior Specialist is a high‑level professional responsible for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, often leading complex sales cycles and building strategic relationships with key decision makers. This role drives significant revenue growth, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and monitors market trends to adapt strategies accordingly. Responsibilities Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth Identify and research opportunities that arise in new and existing markets Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients Combine efforts and foster a collaborative environment within the business as a whole Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems Create positive, long‑lasting relationships with current and potential clients Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities Maintain client activities in CRM Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow‑up Develop rapport with key decision makers Translate proposals into ready‑to‑sign contracts Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation Manage virtual and in‑person sales meetings Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or technical sales within the construction industry Engineering graduates are preferred, particularly those with a background in Mechanical Engineering Residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred for ease of mobility and fieldwork Area Assignment: NCR or Central/Northern Luzon Experience in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Consumer Goods #J-18808-Ljbffr
