Schedule interviews and assist in onboarding process
Maintain 201 files (employee records)
Ensure proper filing of contracts, memos, and HR forms
Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR documentation
Process loans, reimbursements, and government remittances
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of Philippine labor laws
- Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality
- Preferred: 1–2 years HR experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (for assistant/admin roles)
- Filipino and English (spoken and written)
