Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.

• With experience in the same capacity as a generalist, preferably in the restaurant or F&B industry is an advantage.
• Results driven and detail oriented.
• With leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Process timekeeping reports and administration of employee benefits.
• Process and work closely with the HR Head for all labor cases; handling and issuance of incident reports and discipline memos (NTEs, NDAs).

HR Recruiter responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end

Responsibilities :

• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
• Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a HR Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Strong interpersonal skills

Job Description

Conducts the orientation for new Associates.

• Handles the practicum training program.
• Maintains and updates the training records and the completion of hours of Associates regularly.
• Prepares the monthly training reports.
• Prepares certificates of completion for practicum, in-house training and hotel exposures.
• Facilitates the delivery of requirements for the conduct of in-house training (logistics: venue, training materials, snacks, etc.).
• Ensures the cleanliness of the training room and the upkeep of the training library.
• Prepares the annual schedule of associate events and makes all the necessary arrangements for the approved activities such as but not limited to the following: Monthly lunch with the GM, Townhall Meeting, Summer Outing, Annual Associates Party, Sports activities etc.
• Maintains records for trainings and organized activities.
• Updates postings on the bulletin boards regularly.
• Provides logistical support to the Learning & Growth Manager.
• Prepares the nameplates, IDs and other items needed by newly hired associates
• Maintains proper inventory, tracking and requisitioning of all materials and office supplies
• Maintains records of the Locker inventory and takes charge in monthly locker fumigation
• Prepares and assists in the Monthly Mass
• Maintains an efficient and clean working environment
• Updates the Marco Polo Associate Facebook account with information relevant to the associates
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on the operational requirement of the department/division

Schedule :

• 10 hour shift
