Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
- Using a computerized system, responds to customer questions in a call center environment.
- May carry out one or more of the following: Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gathers information, researchers/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Informs clients about services available and assesses customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- High School / SHS Graduate
- Excellent to above average English communication skills
Salary : Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
- Benefits : Paid training
Schedule :
- 8 hour shift
- Supplemental pay types :
- 13th month salary
- Anniversary bonus
- Bonus pay
- Quarterly bonus
- Education : Bachelor’s (preferred)
- Experience : Call Center Representative: 1 year (preferred)

- NCR - Quezon City (Cubao, Fairview, Quezon Ave., North EDSA, Eastwood, E.Rodriguez Jr. Ave) Pasig, Alabang, Ortigas, Manila, Taguig, Makati, Pasay, and Mandaluyong

- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales Representative
- Corporate Travel / Travel Advisor
- Healthcare Specialist
Work Setup : Hybrid (Mix of WFH and Onsite) and Onsite
What we need- Can start asap.
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
- Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
- BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
- With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
Salary : Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
- Schedule :
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Education : Junior High School (preferred)
- Language : English (preferred)
