Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Using a computerized system, responds to customer questions in a call center environment.
  • May carry out one or more of the following: Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Gathers information, researchers/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Informs clients about services available and assesses customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • High School / SHS Graduate
  • Excellent to above average English communication skills

Salary : Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month

  • Benefits : Paid training

Schedule :

  • 8 hour shift
  • Supplemental pay types :
  • 13th month salary

  • NCR - Quezon City (Cubao, Fairview, Quezon Ave., North EDSA, Eastwood, E.Rodriguez Jr. Ave) Pasig, Alabang, Ortigas, Manila, Taguig, Makati, Pasay, and Mandaluyong

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Technical Support Representative
  • Sales Representative
  • Corporate Travel / Travel Advisor
  • Healthcare Specialist

Work Setup : Hybrid (Mix of WFH and Onsite) and Onsite

What we need
  • Can start asap.
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.

Salary : Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

    • Night shift
  • Education : Junior High School (preferred)
  • Language : English (preferred)
