Overview

Mid Market Account Executive - East - Remote

As an Account Executive at Time Doctor, you’ll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and running remote demos to closing deals and onboarding new customers. You’ll focus on acquiring mid-market and enterprise clients, building lasting relationships, and consistently meeting revenue targets. This is a hands-on role where your ability to investigate customer needs and craft tailored solutions will directly impact our growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Customer acquisition
  • Drive your own pipeline: prospect, qualify, demo, and close.
  • Engage new prospects, inbound leads, and referrals from internal teams or events.
  • Run engaging remote product demos and manage follow-up using email, calls, and text.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create custom onboarding solutions.
  • Team collaboration
  • Work closely with peers and sales leadership to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Share best practices and coach teammates while being open to coaching yourself.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
  • Process & reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales workflows.
  • Apply proven methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) to improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
  • Proven success selling mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Background in Workforce Management or HR products (payroll, time tracking, accounting, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong investigative sales skills with a consultative, solution-focused approach.
  • Comfortable leading remote demos and building trust via video calls.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) and eager to keep learning.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
