About the role

Hail Transport Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth for the business. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling and targeted prospecting
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability
  • Provide excellent customer service and be the main point of contact for your clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Analyze sales data and provide detailed reporting to leadership
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the Account & Relationship Management industry
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
