We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our Sales and Marketing Department as a Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive sales growth across various social media platforms and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing plans aligned with company objectives and target audience.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to reach and engage target audiences.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, SEO optimization, and other digital marketing efforts as needed.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Explore and evaluate new social media platforms and digital marketing channels for potential opportunities to expand our reach and impact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and content creation to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital channels.

Qualifications:
- Passion for Social Media and Digital Marketing with good Communication skills, or related fields, Degree not needed.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
