About the role Are you an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) professional looking to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a thriving hospitality business? Mandarin Nest Boracay is seeking a talented F&B Manager to join our team in Aklan, Western Visayas. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our F&B operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance. What you’ll be doing Manage and lead a team of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests Oversee the development and implementation of menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth Ensure efficient and cost‑effective inventory management, procurement, and stock control processes Monitor and analyse key F&B performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data‑driven strategies Collaborate with the broader hotel management team to align F&B operations with the overall business objectives Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role within the hospitality industry Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing F&B teams Excellent operational and financial management skills, with the ability to analyse data and implement data‑driven decisions Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a customer‑centric mindset Proficiency in food and beverage inventory management, cost control, and budgeting Thorough understanding of food safety, liquor licensing, and other relevant industry regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams What we offer At Mandarin Nest Boracay, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
