Overview

Senior Consultant, Culture, Engagement & Organizational Performance — Agoda. Location: Bangkok (as described in role). You will join the People Development & Performance team and work on systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine, and scale capability development from the individual to organizational levels, while maintaining employee and manager ownership.

In This Role, You'll Get To
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues on developing their teams to achieve ambitious business strategies, including engagement with partners, product innovation models, culture and organization design, and maintaining high performance and engagement standards
  • Provide proactive analysis of data to identify patterns, inform strategy, track and measure impact, and provide actionable recommendations tied to business outcomes
  • Present analysis and insights to senior leadership on talent strategies, including patterns of employee behavior (attrition, promotions, performance management outcomes), employee sentiment surveys, and demographic patterns
  • Employ innovative methods to scale capability beyond traditional learning, including role and organizational design, process and tools improvement, and various learning modalities
  • Be a trusted advisor to leadership and enhance their effectiveness through assessment, feedback and coaching
  • Promote People compliance and operations to minimize regulatory violations and prevent rework
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in Talent Management and People operations at a multinational organization
  • Undergraduate degree from a top university; advanced degrees welcome
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures relate to execution
  • Facilitating and coaching to drive business outcomes, including presenting to senior executives
  • Ability to develop, implement and coordinate multiple initiatives from scratch with clear, measurable metrics
  • Data-driven problem solving and ability to communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders
  • Bonus: expertise in organizational design, onboarding, compensation, business consulting, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead critical conversations
  • Ownership mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines with methodical prioritization
