Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to assess organizational effectiveness and design improvements in structure, governance, and team composition.
  • Lead operating model and delivery performance assignments, including span and layers analysis, value chain assessments, and performance-based steering.
  • Provide consultancy on organizational design and transformation, ensuring new structures and frameworks are practical and sustainable.
  • Drive and embed change initiatives across the organization, supporting leaders and employees through transitions.
  • Balance program management and operational expertise to deliver successful transformations.
  • Conduct research and horizon scanning on industry and organizational trends, introducing frameworks and solutions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reference models, tools, and templates to support ongoing organizational development.
  • Proactively review global metrics, identify challenges, and present solutions to leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across expert teams to ensure effective delivery of programs and projects.
Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of project management experience overall, including at least 2 years in program management.
  • Background in running operations combined with strong project/program management expertise.
  • Experience in organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous problems by conducting reviews and developing structured solutions.
  • Skilled in reviewing organizational and global metrics, identifying issues, and recommending improvements.
  • Experience with market and industry research, not just internal organizational reviews.
  • Knowledge of frameworks and the ability to introduce and apply them effectively.
  • Data analytics experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to proactively surface organizational challenges and contribute to change portfolios.
