Role Summary

The Organizational Development Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising programs that strengthen organizational capability, workforce engagement, and leadership effectiveness within the company. The role partners with business leaders and HR to drive change management, talent development, and culture-building initiatives that support the company's growth in the power and energy industry.


Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Development & Change Management

  • Develop and implement OD initiatives (e.g., competency frameworks, succession planning, career pathing) aligned with business strategy.
  • Facilitate change management programs to support transformation in business operations, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Oversee employee engagement and culture-building activities, ensuring alignment with corporate values.

2. Talent & Leadership Development

  • Design and manage learning and development programs focused on leadership, technical, and behavioral skills relevant to the power/energy sector.
  • Coordinate with technical training teams to integrate operational and safety training into development plans.
  • Monitor effectiveness of development interventions through evaluation metrics and continuous improvement.

3. Performance & Workforce Planning

  • Support performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to identify workforce gaps and design interventions to address critical talent needs.
  • Analyze organizational data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Implement employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive action planning.
  • Lead recognition, wellness, and culture-building programs that support retention and motivation.
  • Facilitate communication strategies to strengthen employee buy-in for company initiatives (e.g., sustainability, digital transformation, safety culture).

5. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure OD programs comply with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards.
  • Document and monitor OD initiatives, ensuring alignment with audits and certifications (e.g., ISO, DOLE programs).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR/OD, with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in power, energy, utilities, or heavy industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OD frameworks, change management models, and talent development practices.
  • Proficiency in organizational diagnostics, facilitation, and learning program design.
