As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical support for DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and other similar issues. You are expected to provide a high level of support while also providing customer support for social media-related concerns. What you’ll be doing: Technical Support (50%): Provide a high level of technical support to clients revolving around DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and other email-related issues. Respond to tickets promptly. Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to our products or services. Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex technical problems. Customer Support (50%): Customer Engagement Interact with customers by providing prompt and effective assistance through the internal customer service platform. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Go above and beyond, looking for ways to add value to customers in every interaction. Product Knowledge Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. A good understanding of how site builders function. Social Media Provide support in social media content creation.Manage social media content by reviewing and editing content. Qualifications and Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience as a technical support or customer support, preferably in a BPO work environment. Strong knowledge or experience in DNS is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Experience with Front and Dialpad or similar tools is highly preferred Experience using Canva for social media management-related tasks. Experience using ticketing tools in resolving client issues. Experience or in-depth knowledge of Google Business Profile. Experience using Notion, Asana, or other related technologies. Knowledge of site builders is preferred.
