Roles and Responsibilities Client Engagement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. Technical Expertise: Understand and articulate the technical aspects of products and services to clients and internal teams. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technical sales reps or engineers, setting goals and providing coaching. Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals, RFP responses, and product demonstrations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and long-term client satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
