Hired candidates will have the following opportunities: Competitive compensation based on advanced experience and expertise Leadership opportunities within a growing and collaborative design team Continued learning and professional development support Career advancement opportunities for high-performing individuals Qualifications Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineer At least two (2) years of professional experience in MEPF Design and Engineering Works Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other advanced MEPF design software Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, codes, standards, and construction workflows Experience in managing consultants, conducting site validations, and overseeing documentation Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills Duties and Responsibilities Design Management Leads the review process for consultant outputs to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company quality standards Oversees and coordinates the development of MEPF designs from schematic through construction documentation Conducts regular site visits to validate design feasibility and enhance project implementation strategies Monitors and tracks drawing submittals and revisions to ensure project alignment and timely completion Value Engineering Leads research and cost-benefit analyses for design innovations and efficiency improvements Recommends and implements approved value engineering initiatives and sustainable solutions Contract Development & Negotiation Prepares and manages bid documents including shortlists, invitations to bid, and technical evaluations Performs technical assessments and provides input on pricing during bid evaluation and negotiation stages Coordinates closely with procurement and legal teams to finalize MEPF-related contracts Collaboration with Project Teams Acts as the technical lead for MEPF-related concerns across design and construction teams Works closely with site engineers and project managers to ensure smooth coordination of MEPF systems with overall project goals Provides mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and supports team development #J-18808-Ljbffr
