QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • PRC RME or REE license holder .
  • At least 2+ years of experience working as a BIM Modeler, with a focus on MEPFS Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary systems
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (and Revit MEP), Navisworks, and other BIM-related software, modeling, analysis, and interpretation of results.
  • Familiarity with other engineering software like AutoCAD, STAAD, or ETABS is

advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of MEEPF systems design, installation practices, and building codes.
  • Independent, active, pro– active and collaborative team player.
  • Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem—solving skill.
  • Ability to deliver high quality of work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline- driven and diverse environment.

KEY JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Create and maintain detailed 3D models for MEPFS systems within the BIM

platform.

  • Ensure accurate integration of MEPFS systems with architectural, structural, and other building systems in the BIM environment.
  • Conduct quality checks on models to ensure compliance with model accuracy, design integrity, and constructability.
  • Maintain consistency across project documentation and models, ensuring high standards of technical accuracy.
