Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPF) based in Makati. The Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPF) will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as cost control, preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for various projects. The candidate will ensure that all costs are assessed, managed, and reported accurately and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Perform cost control, cost management, and cost planning for projects in the MEPF sector Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Produce detailed and accurate cost reports Support cost-related decisions through strong analytical and numerical skills Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost information is accurate and timely Maintain independent and team-oriented work practices Ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards Qualifications Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Experience in creating detailed and accurate Cost Reports Excellent analytical and numerical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, CIQS) is advantageous Experience in the MEPF sector and large-scale infrastructure projects is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
