About the Role This role focuses on providing outstanding support via phone, email, and chat for a cybersecurity team. You’ll assist with account inquiries, billing questions, and light technical troubleshooting with a strong focus on clear communication, empathy, and customer satisfaction . This role will be joining the Cyber Security Team. Compensation $600 /monthly tarting $700 to $800 once trained + performance incentives Schedule Full-time | Remote Key Responsibilities Handle inbound client communication across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) Assist with billing and account-related inquiries Provide light technical support and elevate complex issues when necessary Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions Consistently meet or exceed performance and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) goals Qualifications Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Proven experience in a customer support or helpdesk environment Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a virtual setup Background in cybersecurity is a plus, but not required. Must have a 250 Mbps or above internet speed. Tech-savvy with experience using cloud tools or virtual desktops (AWS preferred). Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
