Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account (Cebu IT Park)

Location: Ebloc 3, Asiatown IT Park, Apas, Cebu City

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Support US-based healthcare providers, clinics, and patients
  • Assist with healthcare-related administrative tasks following client protocols
  • Work closely with your team to ensure smooth service delivery

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience (CSR, TSR, or similar)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Healthcare/BPO account experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule (US business hours)

Work Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts (day, night, or rotational depending on US clients)
  • Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
