Job Duties and Responsibilities Conducts daily sales engagements with pensioner-prospects through flyering to various offices and locations Secure the opening of pension savings account for prospected clients or leads or transfer of savings account from other Banks Ensure that the newly opened pension deposit account of the new bank member will be converted into loans Gathers market intelligence information in the conduct of sales engagements Assists the Team Leader-Sales in maintaining good relationships with the key officials and influencers of government offices related to pensioners Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned by the Team Leader Provides assistance to the Sales Augmentation Team (SAT) Acts as Loans Processor, whenever the need arises, on account of unforeseen volume of loan transactions in the Store Job Qualification and Competencies Requirement Resident of the AREA or within a 30-minute travel time to the store (branch) Graduate of at least 4-year course preferably business or marketing-related course At least 2 years of work experience in banking or loans institutions With sales background Willing to do field work Good customer service Good communication skills Good prospecting, presentation and negotiation and closing skills Driven and Motivated Focused, Determined and Patient Confident Can handle extreme pressure With sense of urgency With Integrity Honest Works to achieve excellence A Good Team Player With license or driving skills is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
