ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Loan and Mortgage Support Specialist with a strong background in the Australian financial services market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Australian mortgage processes, compliance requirements, and lending products. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support clients, brokers, and internal teams in delivering seamless loan and mortgage solutions. Provide end-to-end support for loan and mortgage applications, from initial enquiry through settlement. Assist clients and mortgage brokers with documentation, application submission, credit checks, and compliance requirements. Liaise with Australian banks, non-bank lenders, aggregators, and financial institutions to track and manage loan progress. Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with Australian lending policies and regulations (NCCP, ASIC, etc.). Support clients with pre-approval, refinancing, and settlement queries. Manage pipeline reports, follow-ups, and status updates to ensure timely processing. Resolve client inquiries regarding interest rates, repayments, loan features, and mortgage products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian mortgage market trends, lender policies, and regulatory changes. Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and client experience. JOB REQUIREMENTS College Graduates of Finance, Business, Accounting related course or related Preferably with AU insurance accounts experience Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in loan processing, mortgage support, or credit analysis, specifically within the Australian market. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian lending regulations, NCCP compliance, mortgage structures, and banking practices. Technical Skills: Familiarity with loan origination systems (e.g., ApplyOnline, Mercury, Flex, NextGen, or similar platforms). Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, brokers, and lenders. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy in reviewing financial documents. Customer Service Orientation: Ability to provide a professional, client-focused experience in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with Australian mortgage brokers, aggregators, or banks. Exposure to a variety of loan products (residential, investment, refinancing, commercial loans). Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) or willingness to obtain. WHY CHOOSE US?
