Overview
The Outbound Sales Specialist is a resilient, outbound-driven hunter responsible for generating qualified appointments for the BDM team. This role combines disciplined cold calling, strategic list segmentation, and campaign follow-up to identify and engage decision-makers, clearly articulate Crewcare’s value proposition, and convert cold prospects into warm, sales-ready opportunities.
Responsibilities- Segment call lists into ideal customer profiles using CRM and ZoomInfo data.
- Proactively identify and engage decision-makers at target businesses (e.g., Office Managers, Facilities Managers).
- Sell the value and benefits of the company\'s commercial cleaning services with a focus on securing qualified appointments.
- Turn cold calls into warm, conversion-ready meetings for the BDM team.
- Prequalify needs, timelines, and decision-making processes to ensure appointment quality.
- Build, maintain, and clean prospect databases to support structured outreach campaigns.
- Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns and disciplined follow-up calls from EDM programs.
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries routed via website and digital channels, conducting initial qualification to ensure sales-readiness.
- Re-engage past leads and nurture warm prospects within the pipeline.
- Use ZoomInfo, Brevo, and other tools to enrich data, personalise outreach, and drive engagement.
- Record accurate notes, outcomes, and engagement history in the CRM system.
- Prepare detailed pre-qualification notes and lead summaries for BDMs.
- Provide feedback and insights from prospect conversations to improve sales strategies.
- Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or inside sales appointment-setting.
- Proven track record in B2B email marketing and database-driven outreach.
- Strong proficiency with Brevo (or similar automation tools) and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging decision-makers.
- Knowledge of email deliverability and best practices for multi-channel outreach.
- Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to manage both marketing campaigns and outbound sales activities.
- Industry experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or B2B services (preferred but not required).
- Number of outbound calls made and quality of conversations.
- Number of qualified appointments scheduled for BDMs.
- Conversion rate from campaign engagement to booked meetings.
- Database growth, accuracy, and segmentation quality.
- Campaign metrics: open rate, click-through rate, and response rate.
- Feedback from BDMs on appointment quality and preparedness.
